There are quite a number of airlines offering cheap business class airline tickets for people to fly to any new destination in the world. The business model of the airlines differs from each other and it will be unique for cheap business class tickets .

Single passenger class.

A single kind of airplane, commonly the Boeing 737 or Airbus A320.

A simple fare scheme where the fares increase as the plane fills up, which results in early reservations for journey known as "yield management".

Make arrangements for unreserved seating i.e. encouraging passengers to board as early as possible.

Flying to less congested, cheaper secondary airports so that we can avoid traffic delays and take advantage of lower landing fee.

Fast turnaround and short duration flights.

Enhancing aircraft utilization by simplifying routes, i.e. Avoiding transfers at hubs and following point-to-point transit.

Direct sales of tickets over Internet.

Limiting the personnel cost by using the employees to work in multiple roles, for example flight attendants also used for cleaning the aircraft.

The system of "Free- catering service” and various complimentary services offered are eliminated and it is replaced by the system of offering catering as a paid service.
