Vueling Airlines

Vueling Airlines is a based in Barcelona, Spain and it is an airline that offers cheap airline ticket to the people of Europe. It extends its services around many parts of Europe and to the western Mediterranean. The main base of this airport is Barcelona Airport, with the additional hubs at Valencia and Madrid Airports.

Vueling was started in the year 2004 and it started operating in a full swing from July 1st of the same year. The fleet has two aircraft which is in the purpose of serving Barcelona-Ibiza route. The Vueling airline has shared its ownership with Apax Partners, Equipo gestor, Inversiones Hemisferio, V. A. Investor.

The company has increased its share capital very recently. The first profit was recorded to this Airline in the year 2005, December, which is after 18 months of the start up of the airlines.

During the year 2005, the Airlines announced to lease six airbuses. In the year 2005 Vueling airline signed an agreement with Amadeus. The condition is that, list of flights should be announced in Global distribution system. This bond also gave the permission to the travel agencies to sell the Vueling Air tickets. Vueling airlines offer cheap airline tickets and has made journey more comfortable and cost-effective.
