Zoom Airlines

Zoom Airlines is a Canadian low cost airlines which is based at Ottawa. This is a transatlantic airline, which extends its service to many Canadian airports, principally to Europe and in exactly to United Kingdom.

Zoom also extended its services to United Caribbean and Southern US which also includes Canadian tour operators. Zoom is one of the sponsors for Motherwell F.C, which is a Scottish Premier League football club.

By the year 2006, August, Scotland bank heeded the minority risk in the airline as a part of a £5.7m investment package. It also gave additional funds for the initial startup of the flight service to UK destinations outside Canada. These new Zoom flight services started its operation in the year 2007.

During the year 2006, November Zoom Airlines and FlyGlobespan.com came into a new agreement. By this, Zoom will be providing service to two or three weekly Manchester to Toronto FlyGlobespan.com flights. So the website of FlyGlobespan will provide the online booking facility for the flight services. This agreement was for a short period especially for winter season. Through the effectual functionality of Zoom airlines, people flied to their desired destinations at a low cost flight fares.
